Wall-Mounted on/off switch for ECO Mode on all SmartZone controllers.
Simple way to get more energy savings from SmartZone. Use this switch to enable ECO Mode easily. ECO Mode puts the entire zone control system in a "setback or away" state by disabling equipment control for all zones except ZONE 1. Dampers will still open and close as needed but ONLY ZONE 1 will be able to energize heat or cooling.

ECO MODE CAN BE USED IN MANY WAYS - For example, if you have some zones that are guest rooms or children's rooms and you want to have some control of temperature in these rooms but don't want to turn on heat or cool just because one room that isn't even being used calls for it. ECO Mode on SmartZone allows ZONE 1 to take control of the system, over-ride all other zone thermostat calls. If ZONE 1 does make the equipment energize, then the other zones (2+) will open and close their dampers if the thermostats in those zones are calling for the mode that ZONE 1 has on.
